Пуши, как и все остальные форматы “хоронили” уже не один раз, хотя объемы трафика и CPC не падают, конкуренция по прежнему высокая, да и регулярно появляются новые пуш-сетки. Одну из таких, относительно свежих, я решил протестить фактически с нуля, т.к. давно не работал с пушами и никаких рабочих связок на тот момент не было. Последний раз я лил пуши года 2-3 назад и тогда они конвертили практически на всем. Сейчас, судя по кейсам, в топе вертикалей дейтинг, свипы, гемблинг и крипта, так что будем выбирать из этого списка. Идея была в том, чтобы на 300$ пролить из незнакомого источника и понять, как сейчас работает этот формат и как с ним работать в 2021-м году.

На старте я выбрал 3 пуш-сетки и создал аккаунты, но первые две сразу мне не ответили, а в Rollerads сразу связался русскоязычный менеджер. Посмотрел их объемы трафика и средние CPC по странам (https://rollerads.com/rates.html), и решил не распыляться на несколько источников. Сразу уточнил у менеджера, какие вертикали лучше заходят конкретно у них, т.к. в каждой сетке набор паблишеров и правила разные, может быть уклон в более серые ниши, адалт. Свежесть базы тоже может влиять на конверт в разных вертикалях, так что лучше всегда быть на связи с менеджером, только у него актуальная инфа по текущим трендам. Мне сказали сейчас в топе крипта, свипы, софт и немного дейтинг. Крипту на 300$ тестить вообще нет смысла, выбрал свипы, т.к. по ФБ сейчас работаю с партнеркой со свип-смартлинками и у них есть офферы на tier-3. Это позволит на мой скромный бюджет закупить больше трафика, протестировать несколько офферов/ГЕО, и получить бОльшее кол-во данных. Выбрал несколько тир-3 стран Азии, где много дешевого трафика, я взял Тайланд, Индонезию, Вьетнам и Малайзию, и иду в спай-сервис смотреть актуальные подходы и искать тексты на нужных языках. Как видим, стандартные крео для свипстейков, в топе последние модели айфона, самсунга, плейстейшн и купоны локальных супермаркетов. Т.к. лить я собираюсь “на широкую”, т.е. на смартлинк, где в ротации будет много офферов, на старте делаю креативы с общими формулировками “Вы выиграли!”, “Получите ваш приз!” и т.д, которые подойдут для большинства свипстейк-офферов. Отбираю тексты под каждое гео, из них я буду составлять тексты для своих пушей:

Генерирую смартлинк под свипстейки CPL в партнерке Traffcore. С ними работаю уже больше месяца по дейтингу ФБ, их фишка в ежедневных выплатах без минималки, точнее минималка 1$, что удобно, когда бюджет ограничен, а связка зашла - можно быстро масштабироваться. Тут смартлинки можно самому настраивать под разные типы трафика, у менеджера можно уточнить список текущих офферов в ротации, все это сокращает затраты на тесты. Тексты и картинки есть, смартлинк есть, пора создавать кампании. В настройках кампании Rollerads можно выбрать тип трафика стандартный или премиум, начинаю с премиума, стандартный протестирую позже. Дальше все типично: выбор гео, ставка, лимиты, возраст подписки выбираю свежие 1-3 и 4-7, девайсы - только мобайл, только андроид, все версии. Браузеры, операторов, фиды и CPA-оптимизацию пока что не трогаю. С этими настройками создал 4 кампании под каждое гео, по 8 креативов в каждой, по рекомендуемым ставкам. Примеры пушей:

Апрув занял до 30 минут и кампании запустились. Еще раз проверил все ссылки, трафик везде пошел. На первых кликах делать любую оптимизацию нет смысла, так что жду, когда накопятся данные. Первые конверсии пошли - значит все ок. Для теста я везде выставил лимиты кампаний по 20$. На следующий день со всеми “долётами” пушей всего было слито 102$ и уже видны варианты оптимизации. Несколько площадок и фидов занес в блеклист, выделил самые удачные пуши - сочетания картинок и фраз триггеров, но самые значимые по конверту срезы тут были по способу подключения и по странам:

Сразу видно, что конверт мобильного трафика почти в 2 раза выше, и это частая ситуация с пуш трафиком. По странам четко выделяются 2 лидера пока что с отрицательными рои -17% и -19%, это Индонезия и Тайланд. Значит основные точки

оптимизации будут такие:
- отключаем трафик со стационарным способом подключения
- отключаем Вьетнам и Малайзию
- отключаем неудачные объявления, удачные тиражируем.

Еще захотел заглянуть внутрь смартлинки и узнать какие офферы в Индонезии и Таиланде показали лучший результат на моем трафике. Это могло бы натолкнуть на какие-то идеи по улучшению креативов, например. Не все партнерки дают эту информацию, не знаю почему, как будто сами не знают что за офферы у них крутятся, но тут мне менеджер выдал текущий список, и оказалось в Индонезии это оффер подарочной карты локального супермаркета, а в Тайланде стандартный свип-розыгрыш последнего айфона. Теперь, зная это, я добавил к предыдущим удачным креативам более релевантные, с логотипами и указанием брендов, что должно повысить конверт.

С новыми настройками кампании сразу пошли в плюс. Я специально не повышал ставки, чтобы скорость открута позволяла вовремя следить за блеклистом и контролировать процесс. Трафика стало значительно меньше, т.к. я отключил в кампаниях Wi-Fi соединения, но CR вырос почти в 2 раза, а рои за 3 дня по новым настройкам получился 50%, что очень неплохо для пушей:

Но теперь есть рабочая связка, которая будет приносить профит, не отнимая много времени. Т.к. холда в этой пп нет я тут же вывел налитое и пополнил источник. Дальше остается следить за трафиком, добавлять площадки в блек и периодически обновлять креативы.
