Я обратился к хостеру, он предупредил, что в случае абузы у меня будет 24 часа на решение проблемы с лицензией на vBulletin. Я решил подождать. Начал интересоваться, что будет мне за её отсутствие.
Вывод - доменное имя не могут забрать, могут только написать абузу хостеру, а он отключить учётку.
В принципе надо искать абузоустойчивых хостеров для форума на vBulletin.
В итоге, вчера приходит мне письмо от vBulletin:

Я проверяю хостинг, учётка залочена. Оказалось, что абуза от vBulletin попала в прямо дата-центр, а не хостеру, и в дата-центре выубили учётку. Как только хостер это увидел - примеро через 20 часов )), вколючил учётку.
Я за это время приобрёл лицензию на vBulletin за 180уе.
Оплатил 190wmz, т.к. вебмани напрямую не принимают, воспользовался услугами чела с серча, он через пайпал купил мне лицензию, оформили на меня. В настройках уже на офф форуме vBulletin прописал forum-seo.net.
После пообщался с знакомыми хостерами, есть один, который игнорирует письма от vBulletin. В случе чего, можно к нему Вам переносить свои нелицензионные форумы на vBulletin.
